Laura was amazing very welcoming,friendly and super easy to talk to about your issues. My session was biokinesiology as gut issues last 3yrs. It's mind blowing the process and interesting new area, as I have tried alot! After 1 appointment She was able to identify foods that trigger me which i was unaware and foods i excluded that can be reintroduced , also she selected the correct supplements to help my problems. And ones to not have at the moment. This is the start of my journey so hopefully I will see some improvements once I implement some changes. i would recommend Laura, see you 5wks!

I really enjoyed my reiki session today, Laura explained everything to me so well, it was very gentle, peaceful and relaxing. I felt safe and cared for. Laura is a kind, empathetic woman and I look forward to more sessions. I truly feel the benefit of it quite quickly.
