So 3 weeks in and to date weve achieved 95 % of full range Of movement, What an unbelievable result compared to my 2 years under the consultant and physio Team at Buchshaw Village. Today were woking on my hamstrings, after being chairbound for 14 Months Katie is rehabilitating my hips and legs, so in this session I had my hamstrings released and loosened up, and we did work and started physio on building strength around my hips. What amazes me is in the past any massages have always hurt and been painful, not today lots of release and maybe a little discomfort, Katies knowledge of the body and application clearly reflects on SB practices and her high grades with her university Diploma. Such a good feeling after suffering for 20 years under the NHS. Tanking You.

So, one visit today, no pain, no trauma, very relaxed and lots of release in my Frozen Shoulder. Katie achived amazing results in 50 mins. In nearly three years ive had 14 months of Private NHS A few sessions with the Muscle sculper and over the last 5 months,10 sesssions at a local Massage company. all of that had zero results or improvements. After another sllepless nigtht and out of desperation i arranged to try another massage practitioner. So at the start of the session i had maybe 35% range in my right side and 50 mins later I left with 90% of my range. #amazing Rehab@Katie SB

Eve was fantastic, sorted out my injury which I’ve been struggling with for months as well as helping me with rehab for it. The sports massage itself sorted out all my aches and pains. Will definitely be back again.

I booked a last minute appointment after over training and not stretching. I was due to compete in a competition the following morning so I was extremely worried I wouldn’t be able to compete. I honestly can’t recommend Courtney enough. She went out of her way and booked me a last minute late night appointment (then came to find me when I got lost) She listened to me and really went out of her way to work on my injury. She also showed me some stretches to work on during my warm up. I was able to complete with ease and comfortably after her treatment. I will most definitely book back in.

Had 2 sessions so far from Katie and even after the first sessions I could feel the my leg, hip and back were reduced. Katie is very knowledgeable and even got exercises to improve the strength in the affect areas. Would 100% recommend!

Maintenance massage today, Frozen shoulder well on its way to recover now after an excellent treatment schedule , suffered for 8 years , and now its almost there about 5% to go meaning I now have 95% range , a huge improvement from 60% 12 weeks ago.. Thanks Katie and the SB Team

Post AT Surgery week one later. Archillies tendon lengthening surgey one week ago , So left ankle surgery leaving my right calf and tendon massively overtight due to compensating for my left not functioning and being on two crutches, basically walking in big circles . Much needed relief needed here and very well recieved from the very talented Katie from The Bolton Clinic.

3rd Visit Update More work on my right rotator cuff 50 mins so results today. Full periferal vision right side. No more pain working on the coputer desk for long periods. No regression on my range of movement . 10 nights of undisterbed sleep previously caused by pain. All in all a huge boost to my moods as injuries for long periods will cause depression. At last A truly Professional service with the expertise to make things so much better. Just what this 59 year old needs to enhance qaulity of life , Thanks to SB and there services..

Courtney is very professional, first and foremost and knowledgeable and personable and approachable. While studying for a degree in Physiotherapy at Preston University. She enroled in and successfully completed several Sports massage relaxing massage courses . So what you get with CS Sports Rehab is Treatment from a trained Sports Masseuse who is also a qualified Physiotherapist . Courtney is the reason I have been able to go back to the gym after Piriformis issues and shoulder injuries . Quite simply she is good at what she does.
