Blissful and exactly what I needed after a very stressful week. Renée is an excellent therapist, who uses intuition, knowledge and skill for your treatment so each time will be slightly different depending on what you need on that given day. I also love the playlists she has but if you prefer quiet, let her know! She's also started using Korean skincare products which are lovely. 10/10 no notes.

I've been seeing Bethan at Swansea Bay Osteopathy for over a year, and she's been fantastic. She's professional, explains the treatment clearly, and is very flexible with appointments. The clinic is welcoming, and Bethan's warm, friendly nature makes sessions easy and comfortable. She also provides tailored home workouts and can combine acupuncture with physio when needed. Sessions are reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Been going to frequent appointments with Kema @ Swansea Bay Osteopathy for the last month for a knee injury. He’s got excellent knowledge and is very friendly. He’s helped with recovery during sessions and gives advice / exercises to do when at the gym to aid with the injury too. Would definitely recommend.
