I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

Abi is always so friendly and makes me feel relaxed, I have been going to her for a couple of years now and I feel like she knows me, there is never any pressure to do more or less. I have been happy with all the treatments that I have had and I know if there is ever a problem, she will do everything to help resolve it, luckily there never is 😃

Kirstie was brilliant. This isn’t your standard health and beauty salon. Kirstie has a great understanding of the body and provided exactly what I needed. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage to help recover from the gym. The studio itself is modern, smells incredible and felt very welcoming. I cannot recommend highly enough😁

I’ve had a back injury for around 8 years now and have the odd flare-up. This time I’ve done it good and proper (probably the worst since initial injury) and managed to get last min appt with Gabriela. Excellent service

Excellent service, after just 2 appointments and following a rehab program there is a noticeable improvement with my ongoing knee issue. I am now back doing exercise classes at the gym, walking further pain free and getting my confidence back at using my knee. I was told by a NHS Consultant to stop doing what I enjoyed which impacted my confidence, weight and fitness. I now see my fitness improving, my weight nearer to my normal level and enjoying exercise again. Thank you so much.

I have a shoulder injury which has been causing me issues with my upper back and neck. Martine knew exactly where to work and her techniques just seemed to dissolve the issues over the hour. I can honestly say I have never had a treatment like this before and will 100% be rebooking! Also have to mention the new clinic in Stoke. It’s absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much :-)
