One of the best massages I have had, because it was an experience tailored to my needs. The consultation before the massage was relaxed and Rachel listened very well, making it feel like talking therapy as well as we discussed the best massage plan for me. The massage itself worked the body very well and I could gel the knots & tension release. Such a pleasant experience & worth it!

I had a superb tailored massage with Rachel . The room is cosy, smells nice and has a soothing music in the background. The set up is relaxing and indulge more than one sense. Rachel offered a homemade elderflower and rose drink at the beginning of the treatment, which I thought was such a wonderful and thoughtful personal touch. The foot, hand and head massage was exactly what I needed at this time, and it reduced the feeling of swelling and heaviness in my feet and hands, as well the head massage reduced my mental tension. I would highly recommend Rachel’s services 💖

Excellent. When you take that first step to get help it's the biggest and scariest. Garry made it calm and simple. He put me in touch with someone who I'm hoping will be able to help with the reason for me contacting him which is the overwhelming stress that I'm under having my mum in a care home and how she's being treated and how the people who run it treat me as well.

Rachel is so attentive, caring and hospitable. Her approach to self care is holistic which was evident because it went beyond surface level. I felt so calm and relaxed during the massage, not only because she targeted specific paint points in my body, but also because the space she provided beforehand felt non-judgemental, safe and comfortable. As always, a well needed massage to iron out all the nooks and crannies that creep up and stiffen your body. I recently took my 84 year old mum for the first time who said, boy, does she know her 'stuff' A big thanks to you Rachel for looking after mum so well and for being able to un-knot my body, no matter what I've put it through.
