I recently had the pleasure of experiencing another Reiki session with Claire, and it was again transformative. From the moment I walked into the serene, calming space, I felt a sense of peace that I hadn't anticipated. Claire took the time to understand my needs, creating a safe and nurturing environment. As the session began, I felt subtle waves of energy shifting within me—relaxing, grounding, and releasing built-up tension. Never tried Reiki before, to be honest I thought it was a lot of mumbo jumbo but found it to be a very relaxing and healing experience and was definitely needed after dealing with cancer last year. Will definitely be having the healing hour again.

Lovely relaxing room and great practitioner who immediately puts you at ease. I had the Access Bars treatment which was fabulous and I now look forward to the positive results!

Had an Indian head massage, enjoyed it immensely. Claire was very welcoming and talk me through how the treatment works before she started. Found it very relaxing. Already booked in for another treatment for next week.

Sean began treating me a while ago after I have had a few years of chiropractic care, NHS physio and years of yoga. Sean quickly identified the problem and helped me understand that the physiotherapy given to me by NHS physios were too advanced and I needed a stronger foundation first. Additionally to this, Sean set about with massage\ manipulation to loosen up the lower back and related areas. Treatment with Sean coupled woth the exercises he has given jas managed to get me back to martial arts and feeling WAY better than I have in years. As Sean was to me... I would highly recommend him!!

Can’t thank Lucy enough! Came in due to tightness in the back and left feeling a lot better. Played rugby the same day and didn’t feel any pain during the match. Lucy is extremely friendly, we chatted all the way through my session about different sports thing etc. just made me feel a lot more comfortable.
