Sean began treating me a while ago after I have had a few years of chiropractic care, NHS physio and years of yoga. Sean quickly identified the problem and helped me understand that the physiotherapy given to me by NHS physios were too advanced and I needed a stronger foundation first. Additionally to this, Sean set about with massage\ manipulation to loosen up the lower back and related areas. Treatment with Sean coupled woth the exercises he has given jas managed to get me back to martial arts and feeling WAY better than I have in years. As Sean was to me... I would highly recommend him!!

Every time I go to Claire for a treatment I always come away feeling refreshed. Yesterday I had a full body aromatherapy massage with reiki healing. Just what the doctor ordered. Very relaxing.

I recently had an aromatherapy facial and it was a great experience. The atmosphere is really peaceful and relaxing, making it easy to unwind. The treatment was well done and I left feeling refreshed. It's clear Claire is passionate about what she does and puts a lot of care into her treatments. Natural lift facial message - I have previously enjoyed the aroma holistic facial and saw a huge difference in both my skin and hair. I was struggling with skin issues, acne and greasey hair. Immediately, I noticed a difference, my acne breakouts had reduced, I wasn't needing to wash my hair as often, and it felt soft too.
