I went for an infrared sauna and a massage in a massage chair. The massage chair was unexpectedly fantastic (not like the airport ones at all, which is what I half expected it to be), the infrared sauna was good too, although its effect remains to be seen. The set-up is utilitarian so don't expect a spa experience, and there aren't any showers (which I knew beforehand). This suited me absolutely fine! I'll definitely be back. 4 stars because there were no hooks for clothes in the changing rooms, which had to go on the floor. Not a good first impression!

Anna is a really special therapist. She is so warm, nurturing and intuitive. Her therapy space is so calm and relaxing. She is definitely someone to see if you’re feeling a bit run down and want to feel uplifted.

Anna is great!!!! She really gets to know you so the treatment you have are tailored for you. I had reflexology and a Swedish back massage which were amazing amd left feeling relaxed and calm. Would recommend Tranquil Healing by Anna.

I would highly recommend anyone to have this done, brilliant treatment, Saf Jaan is excellent at her job, the best, she makes sure you get the right treatment and you are comfortable, Amazing service and outstanding treatment. Very intimate space which is suitable for female athletes like me! Great hospitality and informative on the service you choose. I travelled straight from a sports competition and did Cryotherapy, I felt refreshed afterwards! I highly recommend.

Great introduction to hot stone massage! Anna was very through pre treatment to make sure all issues were covered. I left feeling lighter and more relaxed!

Great fun trying out cryotherapy for the first time the experience was made better by the staff they were very helpful and polite I would definitely recommend!

I'm now into my second course of Radiotherapy Facials and am really delighted with the results ! As I'm in my late 70s the improvement is subtle but noticeable , encouraging me to continue .The skin cleansing and preparation is thorough and the products used are first class . Ruta is great, warm and friendly and most importantly professional and a great therapist. I had a massage and cupping and dry needling and she gave me some really helpful advice on after care. I’ll definitely go again in a few weeks for sports therapy.

I had the best massage ever! The massage chairs are like no other I've used or seen. They massage you from you toes all the way to your head. Great value for money.All the machines at Zone Recovery are brand spanking new 2024 - 2025 technology. I have been to quite a few places that also offer oxygen chamber, Cryotherapy etc, and I have never used machines as advanced as these. I couldn't recommend more highly. I would give them 10 stars if I could

Excellent service as always

I enjoyed a very relaxing pregnancy massage and reflexology session with Anna. Helpful for pregnancy aches/pains and also to calm the mind. Anna is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable at all times.
