The Recovery Cave was exactly what I needed after a tough few weeks of training! I tried the massage pod and Normatec compression therapy, and both were amazing. I left feeling so much fresher, looser, and fully recharged. The place has a really calm, welcoming vibe, and everything felt top notch. I've been frustrated for years by hamstring injuries, but after several sessions with Shep, thankfully, I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel. He has great knowledge around body mechanics and rehab exercises to sit alongside the sports massage - excellent service and would thoroughly recommend.

I've been seeing Violet for a couple of months now and have had six sessions so far. I noticed a huge shift after my very first session, both physically and emotionally. I have a lot of fascial restrictions, andI've experienced such consistent and ongoing release. Each session seems to build on the last, and I'm continuing to see positive changes in my body and overall wellbeing. She is highly skilled, professional, and creates a safe, supportive environment. I'll definitely continue working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for effective myofascial release therapy.

It was my first time trying red light therapy, and the experience was absolutely great. Although the shop is small, it’s clean and tidy. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to patiently explain how the therapy works and what to look out for. There was zero hard-selling, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. The treatment itself felt warm and relaxing. This place is a hidden gem with a genuinely warm and welcoming vibe.
