Jenny is a great therapist, she listened a lot to me about my injury and gave me the space and time to explain everything , I have been to a few physios over the years but Jenny is the best I’ve ever been too, she was very thorough with her examination, as well as giving me some exercises to help solve my injury so I don’t need to keep coming back with the same problem. She really wanted to help and it showed thanks Jenny.

Amazing lymphatic drainage massage. I suffer with bowel issues, and bloating. The very next morning I was like a new woman. This is my second visit to the clinic. Wonderful therapist, full of knowledge. Highly recommend.

Been seeing Jenny recently for physio on various troublesome injuries picked up over the years of playing intense sport. She quickly and methodically identified the potential problem and helped get me back on track with a well thought out, manageable plan. Her understanding of the issues that led to my injuries and how to manage them has been incredible. Always friendly, extremely professional and welcoming. It's almost a shame she has almost gotten me back to full health!

Michelle is excellent, friendly and professional she asked about my issues and tailored my treatment to focus on the areas of concern. My shoulder feels great, mobility has increased and the pain is much reduced

Been seeing Jenny for years and nobody comes close to the attention to detail she delivers. She is very knowledgeable in her field and is happy to talk through her thinking and explain her process. It is always a nice chill experience, within a friendly and welcoming environment. A highly recommended service for whatever ails you. You'll come away feeling better, and for longer term issues you will have someone willing to help you take any further steps.

Wow - what an amazing experience….. never had such a good massage. Feel like I ve had physio and a pamper ! Gorgeous space, gorgeous experience .

Would I let anyone else touch my face with a needle… no! Would I trust anyone else the way I trust Mia ? Hell to the no!!! Jenny is extremely passionate, dedicated and professional in what she does. Having not done anything of this nature in the past, I went to her with a muscle tightness in my pec/shoulder and some mobility issues. She provided a thorough assessment, was clear with detailed explanations and her personality makes you feel at ease straight away. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone in the Liverpool area in need of support.

Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands figuratively and literally. During the session Jenny completed a verbal and then a physical assessment to identify the problem areas. Throughput the session everything was explained very clearly, from the root causes of my issue to the rehabilitation plan. A family member recommended Jenny to me and I would also recommend her to anyone who reads this review and is in need of physiotherapy, sports massage etc.
