Ryan did a great job diagnosing me and treating me, I’ve had a bad reoccurring hamstring injury and I’ve left with more clarity and belief I will be back to full fitness to play football again :)

I could not recommend Anna enough. From start to finish it was so relaxing. She has a created a beautiful space of relaxation and is amazing at what she does. I honestly can’t recommend Ryan enough. I came in with ongoing knee pain and feeling quite anxious about movement, but he was so reassuring, patient and knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly and I never felt rushed. He gave me a list of rehab exercises that won’t strain my knee . It made such a difference having someone who actually listens and cares about your recovery.

Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

I’ve been seeing Anna for almost two years now, having Reiki sessions twice a month throughout that time. I had a session with her yesterday, and as always, I left feeling so light, clear, and refreshed.
