I had a wonderful experience at Silver Spa Cheltenham with Ms Kay. I booked the treatment to relax after a stressful few weeks, but she quickly identified areas of tension I wasn't even aware of and adapted the treatment accordingly. It was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing and understood what my body needed. The treatment was professional, thorough and genuinely effective. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed and much better than when I arrived. Thank you, Ms Kay. I will definitely be back.

This was honestly the best massage I've had in a long time and definitely the best in Cheltenham. A hidden gem I hadn't heard about. I was sent this voucher as a birthday gift and it was absolutely amazing. A calm waiting area, lovely and welcoming staff, decently priced, easy to get to and the staff really know what theyre doing. I get massages often and this was a really high quality, relaxing and invigorating session. Kay was my masseuse and she made the effort to work on areas that were sore and get the knots out of my shoulders and feet. Wow. I'll be returning and recommend this place!

Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

My experience here was AMAZING! If i could give a million stars i would. The Man at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and my appointment was with Ms Nairn, I couldnt reccommend her enough! She is friendly, attentive and a very skilled massage therapist. The atmousphere was extremely relaxing, i fell asleep during my massage and after i felt like i was floating on air! when i was leaving i got a lovely cup of tea to take with me and it had my name on it with a lovely smiley face and heart, they also had chocolates to take aswel. Best experience ive had by far, i will defo be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 I have been visiting Sanctuary & Sage on a regular basis, usually once or twice a month, and my experience has always been exceptional. A is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her massage treatments are second to none, and I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and well cared for. The warmth, kindness, and genuine care I receive at every appointment make each visit something I look forward to. One of the lovely touches is the teabag she gives me at the end of each session, which adds to the overall feeling of comfort and wellbeing.

Wow ! What a fabulous, clean , professional Space. The booking process was seamless and straightforward. Then from the moment I entered the spa, I was delighted by the service and quality of everything I experienced. From the changing rooms to the lovely clean scent of the towels - everything was on point ! My therapist Eve , as requested… gave me a firm massage… yet gently and professionally eased away my muscle tension and aches. I would unreservedly recommend Silver spa Cheltenham to anyone .

My tailored massage today was relaxing and therapeutic, with emphasise placed on the areas that required more focus. The therapy rooms are private warm and comforting and all staff and welcoming kind and helpful.

The Total Body Bliss treatment I had was incredible. The therapist was fabulous and experienced and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage. She discussed any areas of concern before the treatment started and identified them during the session and worked through the tighter areas. The pressure was perfect and she checked in to ensure I was comfortable throughout. The therapy room was relaxing, calm and warm. The music and the oils used added to the overall experience and I look forward to booking in again and would recommended the treatment and the therapist.

Was booked in for a Total Bliss Massage and brow reshape. First, the massage was total bliss, no exaggeration there. The pressure, the oils, and the care given was excellent. I really needed that massage and totally feel the benefit. Water was offered at regular intervals, with after care instructions as it was so hot outside. The brow reshape was simple, quick and relaxing as it was done after the massage as was still lying down. Peppermint tea was offered after the session was over. 10 out of 10. The products I purchased also had 10% off on the day of my therapy. Thanks again.
