Had my first ever Colon Cleanse yesterday, after having four children and working in a industry that is quite stressful at times, it was amazing to see just only in one session how much toxins I was holding on to it was a relief to let it all go. Jamie my therapist was fantastic Made me feel so welcome and at ease straight away. Explained everything so well and had a good laugh which made things a lot more comfortable for me. Looking forward to my second cleanse today. I highly recommend A1 Colon Hydrotherapy to anyone with wants to feel amazing and be in control with their body. 😀🙏🏻🙌🏼

Great first time experiencing Hydrotherapy and it was a doddle. Calming, serene enviroment. Unfortunately I completely forgot to get my therapists name duh! but she was simply bliss. So professional and put me completely at ease, no judging and a lovely sole. ( I think may have been Chloe) Initially did the one booking now have booked 3xpackage. Will be back as soon as possible. 10/10 Experience. I originally booked for 7pm and my appt was rescheduled to 7.30pm which was a bit of an inconvenience. I saw Chloe and she apologized letting me know that reception will usually move appts around and asked if I would like to wait. I waited and I'm glad I did. Chloe was amazing, down to earth and very easy to deal with. THANK YOU CHLOE for the amazing Hydrotherapy session, your recommendations, advice and service was a real eye opener. I will definitely be back :)

Great new premises and more spacious. Professional service as always. Bella is incredible and I always walk out feeling refreshed and better and not so sore. If she finds a tight muscle or knot you can rest assured she will fix it even though you will feel it while she works it out. She is empathetic and professional and takes great pride in her work. It was my first ever colon hydrotherapy so was a little nervous but my technician talked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Will definitely be coming back, felt less bloated straight after it was finished and have felt great ever since.

I had Julie today, she is amazing!! I would definitely recommend hydrotherapy to anyone. It’s definitely less scary than it seems. They always make you feel comfortable. Julie can match your energy and she just knows all the right things to do and say!! I had the best outcome possible today!! Thanks Julie for making the detox super easy for me.

It was my first colon hydrotherapy and I dont think I could have asked for a nicer person than Bex to do it. I was very nervous, but she explained everything with so much knowledge and care. I felt so much better in my gut after the session. I felt energised and much lighter. I have booked two more sessions already!
