As always, Jasmine delivered her professional and helpful skills to my nail designs. I was undecided with season transitional colors and she was very impatience with my choices. I’m coming back to Mimi for a pedicure because of her in-grown expertise. She took her time explaining to me the my toes anatomy vs. the causes of my recent toe pain. I love the in-grown removal without pain done by Mimi. At last, I’ve found my mani and pedi go to persons in Pasadena.

Great Experience. Nice looking facilities. Nails look great. My nails are usually awful, so awful that I rather not pay too much for a manicure. The staff is friendly and funny. Lola did a magnificent manicure. I will defiantly recommend Maison de Beaute in Pasadena

Jasmine is so nice and diligent with her method of gel removal. My gel mani lasted over a month. Emily is super pleasant to talk to, and her polishing skill is undebatable. Salon is spotless clean without nail chemical smell. Maison is a hidden gem of Pasadena.

It was my very first time coming here. The staff was very friendly and professional. The nail color I picked was darker than the one on the sample nail palette, they said it was because the palette was white underneath (which makes sense) they offered to switch the color to something else but I just kept what I had because they didn’t have a lighter version of what I wanted. She did a great job with the pedicure except I wish she’d taken off more skin on the heels and back of toes. Manicure was good but again there’s extra skin on the edges of the nail. Very good job removing cuticles.be back.

The ladies doing my nails were very nice but at one point, the woman doing my manicure scooped some of the water from the water my feet were soaking in my pedicure to use for my hands, which was actually kind of gross.

I absolutely loved my experience at this salon. I got builder gel with nail art and a gel pedicure. My nails have never looked this good! I will definitely be back!

Nicole is the first nail tech who really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I had envisioned! My pedicure is meh but that was a different tech, though the massage part was amazing! Nicole did my builder gel manicure and I could not be happier! An almost overwhelming number of color options to choose from so next time I’ll go in with a better idea in mind. Overall, thoroughly satisfied and I will be returning and recommending to all my friends and family.

I had the same great experience as always on this visit. I missed Tamara, who usually does my manicure, (one team — Tamara & Monica work on me at the same time) but I was still in great hands with Monica, who handled both my manicure and pedicure this time. Since it had been a while since my last visit, she focused on retraining my nails. Elizabeth plays a key role in ensuring excellent service, scheduling, and communication. She keeps you informed of any scheduling changes and is always extremely helpful to clients!! Great to be back. Thanks ladies.

I always look forward to coming here because the Staff is always friendly. I wasn’t offered anything to drink but the lady next to me who was getting a gelx Mani was. Manicure felt rushed. I noticed that after the nail polish dried that tips of my nails are rough and theres a lot cuticle hanging on some fingers that the nail tech missed and she didn’t put any cuticle oil when she was done.

Nail'd It London in Pasadena exceeded all expectations with their Russian hard gel manicure and eyelash extensions and spray tan!!! The gel manicure was impeccably durable and chic, while the eyelashes were the perfect cat eye look. The airbrush spray tan was amazing and has lasted for over 10 days for my vacation. A must-visit for top-notch beauty treatments!

Extraordinary experience with Ruzanna, ALWAYS. She is the best of the best. That's why I specifically scheduled for her. On the other hand, I had a terrible experience with the other person. I do not knowher name. So a very uncomfortable experience. Extremely painful, horrible jog. I did not like the service or her attitude. Only coming back for Ruzanna and Tamara. I love my hair!!! Ismael is a true expert. He can color AND cut creating the perfect style for me which not many people know how to do. Pricey but I really needed an expert and close to my house (Pasadena!) Location is not the prettiest and the salon is simple

Manicure felt kind of rushed, the technician kept burning my cuticles/cutting too deep. Some of the margins surrounding a couple of nailbeds have hard gel on them as well. Pedicure was okay too, one of my nails wasn’t filed properly so the edge is jagged. I liked that the technician doing my pedicure clipped my ingrown nail. Overall the experience was fine, not sure if I would come back with the price being expensive and the quality wasn’t as good as the last time I came.

I had a fantastic experience with Nune! She did an excellent job on my Russian manicure and pedicure. Her attention to detail is unmatched, she really took her time to ensure everything was perfect. I’m a Travel RN, and so happy to have found such a wonderful nail stylist in Rosanna.. This is a beautiful salon. If you’re looking for the most fabulous gel manicure this is where you want to go. Please don’t let the price detour you. Because I have went to several cheaper nail salons trying to save money, and my nails have chipped within days, and my one nail always breaks. However, I have had three gel manicures here, and not a single chip or broken nail in 4 wks. My nails outgrow the color. I highly recommend this nail salon located in a safe area. ❤️
