Its not just a massage with rizz, its and educational lesson in massage therapy as he explains what hes doing not just getting to work on you and more than happy to help show you how to fix issues yourself using the techniques at home etc. great work 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Had a few problematic areas so I booked in for a VIP massage with dry cupping—and wow, what a difference! Released tension in areas I didn’t know I was holding. Great knowledge, really relaxing little set up felt comfortable- highly recommend!!

Wowww! 😍😍😍😍 A warm friendly welcome by Joanne coupled with a beautiful calming ambience! Top to Toe treatment was outstanding. Heated bed, and very comfortable. The facial, head massage and reflexology make such a wonderful trio that complement each other. Didn’t want it to end. Joanne shared her knowledge with me throughout the reflexology which I liked. My back massage was just what I needed, my neck and shoulders are alway tight and the tension never seems to go away, after my treatment they already feel so much better, already booked in again and after Aimee’s advice of what needs to be done I’m excited for feeling great again.

As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!

recently went to a new sports massage therapist and it was such a positive change. He immediately made me feel at ease and really helped me relax. What stood out was how much I learned during the session — he explained that I’ve been holding tension and using the wrong muscles instead of engaging my back properly. Even though he was younger than the therapists I’ve seen in the past, he was full of knowledge and shared insights I’d never been told before, despite years of going to others. Overall, it was a great experience, both for how I felt physically and for the valuable information I took

I've had massages other places but they tend to just give you a massage and that's it. Riz is full of ideas for different treatments and it's clear he really knows his stuff. He's also a really nice fella who puts you at ease.

Rizwan was great, easy going, and good to talk to, gives a great massage. Will be booking again.
