I recently visited Roxanne for a relaxation massage, and it was absolute bliss. The room was warm, peaceful and inviting. As a bigger lady, I often struggle with small massage tables, but Roxanne's wide massage bed with an electric blanket immediately put me at ease. She is welcoming, friendly and professional, taking time to explain everything and ensure I was comfortable. She truly has healing hands. Amazing! Went here for the first time, for my first ever full pedicure. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Melissa was lovely to chat to and did my nails so nicely. She was very gentle and I'm happy with the result. Sammy did my massage and she was incredible. I asked for soft pressure and she delivered! I almost fell asleep in the chair, which I did not expect. I left feeling pampered and relaxed. I find when going to salons, the experience feels impersonal and you're "just another client," but here I felt comfortable and the experience felt personalised. I'll definitely be back!

I met Candice during COVID and she’s been my stylist ever since. She’s an amazing person with such great energy. XCO MAN has a relaxing, welcoming vibe — clean space, good music, just a really comfortable atmosphere. The welcoming drink, wash and mini head massage are always such a treat. Most importantly, she’s a genuinely skilled stylist who listens and delivers. Highly recommend.

The massage was incredible. She’s got great hands and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Few notes, would be nice to potentially highlight areas to focus on from a clients perspective. I had a few questions regarding technique and she didn’t have context or knowledge so I think it’s worth making sure the therapist is knowledgeable about the treatment they are offering. The treatment room could also do with some attention.

Even though we had to wait a bit in the beginning and things seemed a bit disorganized I thought it was because we had a wikideal but wow when the full massage started it was amazing there was no rushing then facial then nails. Excellent service and expert therapists able to offer amazing advice for a range of issues eg laser, nail fillers
