Christa is very easy to work with, listens to what I’m saying but also listens to what the body is telling her. Her sessions always magically undo a lot of stuck or twisted areas without using a force or pressure. She has put me back together time and time again. Love working with her.

Bodywork that I needed, that I didn’t even know I needed. I am so glad I made the appointment! this kind of bodywork was new to me, but I probably spent about $10,000 last year trying to find out what was wrong with me and no medical professional could figure it out. One appointment andthis issue that I was having plus at least five other issues I was having shifted and are either gone or remediated or still shifting. I highly recommend an appointment. I also felt seen and heard.

Christa is great. She is very upbeat, listens well and the massage experience is like none other I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot. I look forward to going again.

It was by far the best massage I have ever had. Christa did a fantastic job assessing the issues I knew of, and pointing out several more that I didn't know I had. At first I didn't think much was happening as I'm more used to a deeper pressure massage. But soon it became evident that she was very adept at finding the issues and getting them resolved. I could not believe how much better I felt even walking out of the session. I slept great and woke up this morning feeling better than I have in years. 99% of all my aches and pains are gone! Will make another appt soon to finish the rest!

Amazing! Really excellent work; I left feeling looser. Very knowledgeable about how to carefully and effectively do a third trimester prenatal massage. Went above and beyond in ensuring I left with a positive experience.

Christa's work is terrific. In my first session with her she "straightened out" my head and neck, and the chronic tensions in my head relaxed. I have relief from a 40 year long headache! I am excited to have her help and look forward to additional relief. Christa really knows her way around the body and is a sweet and easy person to talk to. I highly recommend her work to anyone with chronic body tensions or challenges.
