Excellent Deep tissue and Thia massage by owner Lauren as usual. I have been going to her on a weekly basis for many years now, and my body really misses her theraputic massage when I cant make it or during lock down. Lauren is very professional ,has healing hands , good technique and is very strong massage if required , inspite of being very petite herself. Would highly recommend. You do need to book in advance as she is in demand. Very clean PPE conscous working enviroment therapy area .

I had an amazing massage today and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and really welcoming. Christina was professional, attentive, and clearly knew exactly what she was doing—every bit of tension just melted away. She checked in at the right moments and made sure the pressure was perfect throughout. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and so much lighter. This was the best massage I've had in a long time. Really intricate attention to detail. I will be using this service and requesting the same therapist again. I felt relaxed and the massage therapist checked that the right amount of pressure was being applied.
