Lauren has been fantastic, really glad I found TAP clinic when I started running postpartum! I've had some injuries along the way and Lauren has helped me with physio exercises & a plan for recovery, which has meant I was back running injury free - along with some sports massage for maintance - would reccomend to everyone.

Its the best relax, unwind and rebalance experience, just as simple as that. I have been visiting Elaine for 22 years, the experience in her hands and treatment guidance are exemplary. The room environment at Warwick is perfect, the wide heated, powered bed, the quality of linen and towels and of course Dr Hauschka. Try for yourself!

Had Achilles tendon pain lately caused by running and getting old. Bethan's sports massage has eased the pain. She strapped the injury brilliantly and has given me a new programme to work on. She is always really knowledgeable, is able to get to the cause of the problem(s) and is super-friendly.

My visits to lovely Karin get better each time, after a very stressful week, she knows exactly how to help get all of the tension away. Sarah was excellent. Welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. She talked me through all elements of the massage and was attentive throughout. She offered advice for ongoing on stretches and exercises to help improve my overall condition outside of massage. I will definitely be returning.
