Oh wow, oh wow oh wow! This place is magical and my massage was absolutely beyond this world! I get quite a few massages because I run a lot Academy in Oxford so I’m always in need of a massage… this particular massage was my favourite ever massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few! Exceptional service as soon as you enter the salon and even a parting tea left for you to sip and enjoy as you leave! I think I found my new favourite place! thank you to the owner and to May for a wonderful time. As a mum of a 1yr old these times are really special and you made it extra special so thank you.

Sandra immediately put me at ease with her friendly manner and genuine kindness. The massage was extremely relaxing and my face is still glowing from the facial. I enjoyed every moment. Sandra has even sent me a recipe we were discussing. A thoroughly lovely experience and well worth a trip to Oxford.

I booked this for my friend, who is usually sceptical about who she lets massage her, yet was very and pleasantly surprised. She wrote "Jennifer was REALLY amazing. I had a dislocated shoulder injury, which was still rehabilitating, and Jenny was super gentle yet very effective where my injury was concerned. What a fantastic sanctuary in Oxford! I had a great experience with a pregnancy massage. The set up is very professional and authentic. There are two friendly receptionists, as well as very presentable, competent, and forthcoming staff. There is a nice changing room and lockers and you get a robe and flipflops. Everything is very clean, and pleasantly warm! There is also a nice rest area and refreshments. Can highly recommend.

Very good, I felt great and very relaxed after, every time. Oil relaxation massage was my personal favourite over more traditional Thai massages on offer. If you’re unfamiliar with Thai massage I would recommend starting with their oil relaxation massage as that is the most similar to other massage disciplines. Staff very friendly, pricing very reasonable, and I will be returning.

A top rate massage experience for me and my girlfriend for our anniversary. We both thoroughly enjoyed the back neck and shoulders treatment which was expertly done. Especially surprised and grateful for the extra tea and cake that they gave us to celebrate. Worth a trip into town just to go there even if you do nothing else.

Fantastic massage in the IHG Oxford Thames hotel treatment room. Massages in hotels can sometimes disappoint but not this one!. It was tailored to my areas of tension, effectively targeted knots and was generally really lovely. Thank you!

I had a massage and manicure the day before my wedding. The massage was amazing and even though I asked Rhian to focus on my back rather than full body, she also focused on the backs of my legs and feet which was a nice change to other massages I’ve had. The manicure was also great and she even arranged for me to be fitted in later that day when I’d smudged three of my nails for no extra charge. The treatment rooms are located in the Voco Oxford Thames Hotel which is a peaceful and welcoming setting, it’s perfect for hotel guests. Rhian was lovely and she made me feel really relaxed.

Yet another amazing session at Thy Spa today! Miss Ura always delivers exceptional service and goes above and beyond just to make sure that the client is comfortable and is getting their money's worth. Because of my mobility issues, my sessions are now always downstairs and to make it even more easier for me to get there, my masseur carried me from the entrance to the room! Even though there are a few massage places in Oxford now, I always go to Thy Spa as the kindness, assistance and service are top tier!

It was my first time having a full body oil massage by Ms. Ura, and she was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and delivered a very relaxing massage for me. The welcome from the reception staff was also positive and lovely. Altogether, a great experience and I can’t wait to come back for more massages! Thank you so much Oxford Thy Spa team. 🩷
