I had a new Balinese massage treatment and it was lovely, have been having massages from Paula on and off for the past few years and it's always great. I had my first massage with Paula (I hadn’t had a massage at all in about 3yrs) and it was incredible. The atmosphere was so relaxing which was lovely, especially as I’m a naturally anxious person. The massage itself was amazing, the pressure was perfect and at the end, I felt like I could float home! I definitely recommend Paula for any massage treatments, you won’t regret it!!

I recently visited Alice at Eden as I needed a facial and my lips topping up, I went for the cosmo glow facial and 0.5 ml in my lips as I just wanted some definition and natural look and as always Alice’s service was amazing. I have now been going to Alice for a couple of years and I would never change aesthetic practice, she’s reliable and very professional. I highly recommend this Clinic to anyone looking for a safe practice in Nottingham ☺️

I had a wonderful 1 hour massage with Kam at Zen today. She really listened to what I needed and focused on the areas I mentioned, my neck, back, and head. The massage was deeply relaxing. I genuinely left feeling 'Zen'. Kam is incredibly attentive and caring, and she offered plenty of helpful aftercare advice as well. I highly recommend her, and I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!
