Excellent lymphatic drainage massage, very relaxing environment. My Oura ring tells me I have relaxed & restored levels during my sessions!

Today was my first massage with Lainey and it was great! I had a 1 hour deep tissue massage, it really helped to relax me and release some tension that I had building up! I will definitely be booking in again, the whole experience was very relaxing and Lainey made me feel extremely comfortable from the off set :)
