I had a sports massage with cupping therapy with Vikki tonight and had such a great experience. She really helped ease so much of the tension I’d been carrying in my neck and upper back, and I came away feeling incredibly relaxed. Vicky is so professional, welcoming and lovely to be around. Pamela was very friendly, I felt immediately comfortable upon meeting her. The massage table was very comfortable and heated. The massage itself was super relaxing, Pamela listened to my concerns with my lower back and I feel much better post massage. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

I had my first visit today and it definitely won’t be my last! From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome and relaxed. The massage was excellent, one of the best I’ve had! Nessa was lovely, very professional and really tailored the treatment to where I was holding tension. I left feeling so much more relaxed and refreshed. I’ve had sports massages across the last 4 1/2 years as train & compete as a natural strongwoman and stonelifter. This means I’ve experienced many different approaches from therapists. After being let down by my last sports therapist there was no doubt where I’d go. Rhianna carried out a visual assessment alongside listening to issues I have been having. She was thorough and attended to them all over the course of the next 90 minutes. Her confident approach really helped me relax. She gave me exercises to go away with to introduce to my training and I have already booked back in⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rhianna was the ultimate professional. I had an excellent 60-minute sports massage focused on the areas causing me tightness & pain. Rhianna adjusted the firmness to suit my needs & took time after the session to talk me through the areas she’d worked on & the reasons why. Brow shape and tint - originally I booked in for lamination too but at my patch test appointment, Eliza noted a few things from my form. As I am breastfeeding, Eliza looked into the current advice for beauty professionals regarding lamination, and I did my own research. I decided not to go ahead with the lamination, but Eliza was happy to change my appointment to just a shape and tint, ensuring I was happy and my treatment was safe for me and my baby. Eliza is lovely and made sure I liked my brows at each step of the appointment. Her treatment space is clean, welcoming and relaxing.

I was a wee bit nervous as I was booked in for a Hollywood bikini wax and had never been to Claire before. However, she was highly recommended and I now know why! Claire is fantastic at what she does! Can’t believe how quick it was 😂 I will 100% be booking back in with her that’s for sure.
