I was able to book in last minute. The space feels like a sanctuary and is clean and comfortable. Roxy took the time to understand how best to help and what to focus on. I cam out feeling relaxed and realigned! If I lived in Leeds, I'd definitely come again!

Sophie was incredibly welcoming and has a warm, gentle energy which makes you feel instantly calm and comfortable. The massage and supported yoga was very relaxing, but I could feel it working in the areas I had tightness/aches. I can already feel the difference!

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

I have suffered from lower back pain for many years, with the pain coming and going. This is my second time seeing Yan for help, and she has been incredibly kind and understanding. She took the time to explain the cause of my lower back pain and walked me through the process of the massage. After a 90-minute personalized Asian massage, I felt significant relief from the pain. Yan also suggested some helpful stretches I can do at home. I'm so grateful to have found her in Leeds—how lucky I am! Thank you, Yan!

I’d been looking for massages more locally for a while. It’s safe to say I am really glad I found Ben. I suffer quite a lot with upper back and neck tension. The space is really relaxing too, I love the music, lighting, hearing bed, water trickling. There’s a lot of thought, effort and focus that Ben puts into the room itself but also the massages - including checking on focus areaa. So glad to have found this place!

My experience at Dragonfly Skin Spa in Leeds city centre was absolutely fantastic. Barbora, the massage therapist, worked wonders on my knots and tension. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this spa.

Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!

Phil is approachable and friendly. He took the time to understand my health issues and tailored the massage treatment accordingly. It was a really relaxing experience.

I had my first massage ever here, I opted for the full body Asian massage as I had been struggling with lower back pain, Yan was very friendly and professional, she consulted with me prior about areas I was comfortable with and if I had any known problems, the room was very cosy and relaxing, the massage it’s self was amazing I could feel everything just disappear and the warm water at the end just gave me such a warm melting sensation, very happy and relaxed thank you so much

One of the best massages i’ve ever had! I’ve just had the mothers day pamper that included a pedicure with gel nails which was so relaxing the pedicure xhair is amazing! Followed by a 30min back massage and then a 30min facial! The facial was also amazing had compliments on how glowing my skin is. Will definatley be re-booking!

Roxy has a real talent for creating a relaxing atmosphere and her techniques are very powerful. I felt really calm and cared for during the treatment and the benefits are instant. I enjoy Sophie’s massages so much not only cause she has the best hands, but cause she knows how to create the best vibe for a deeply relaxing massage. She has super strong hands and knows well when to apply the right amount of pressure. I always leave the room floating for the rest of the day and grateful that I booked :)

This was my third appointment with Yan. I was so relaxed i fell asleep during my massage. I have been for so many massages over the years and never fallen asleep. I would highly recommend booking a Chinese style massage with Yan.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. This time I decided to book a relaxing massage with Roxy and the benefits were immense. My trust in Roxy and the comfortable and safety feeling of the space allowed me to relax deeply for the whole session.

Excellent massage received from Wing Yan! I opted for the TCM package and I felt totally relaxed during and after the treatments. Wing Yan is a lovely lady and was very professional. I'll definitely be going back
