I had the most wonderful first time experience at Tranquility. Lynn was incredibly welcoming and the treatment she gave me was bliss! Also, I must say, it's an absolutely beautiful salon. I couldn't have felt more relaxed and pampered. My skin was honestly glowing afterwards, the very opposite as to how it looked before I walked through the door! Exactly what I had needed. I’ve booked often for massage and it’s an AMAZING experience She is so nice and great at everything she does and has helped me through a lot with my pain I’ve never felt more comfortable than i do in her presence.She is so understanding and focused in making sure im relaxed. The same goes about waxing I’ve always felt comfortable. Im very pleased with her work I would definitely recommend 100%

Honestly the best massage I have ever had. I had a very tight and tense back and Lynne ensured that I did not leave feeling the same pain as I walked in with. Her techniques were amazing and she made me feel super comfortable throughout. Brilliant healing treatment, made me feel 100% better. All Sue’s treatments are tailored to address the needs of her specific clients, and she is so gentle, professional and skilful that one feels relaxed as soon as on the couch.

Really lovely environment. Very soothing and relaxing. The therapist couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. So much so that I had extra treatments on the day added! Very impressed with the waxing products. The therapist had a gentle way about her and it was pain-free. A great all-round experience. Looking forward to my new go-to salon for pampering. Thank you!

I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

Thank you so much for the most wonderful relaxing time. I have had a lot of massages in the past but this was the best one I've had. Every muscle group was worked with each spot being hit. After a recent new gym routine I have added to my life, this was much needed. I feel fresh, relaxed, soothed and calm. Despite me not being from the area I will definitely be back. Beautifully relaxing chilled all those words as usual. I recommend Tranquility to all my friends. Ignore all other pedicures. This is the ultimate.

Wonderful as usual. I brought a friend on this occasion who'd never had a pedicure before. She absolutely loved it. Laura looked after her, and really went above and beyond to ensure she left feeling relaxed. I can't rate The Treatment Rooms high enough, and all the girls, Vikki, Laura, and Lucy, are all just absolutely lovely :)

Wow! What an amazing experience I've had. I was a bit skeptical and worried about my treatment today because I'm pregnant. Raquel greeted me with a warm smile on her face. She's such a lovely lady and very meticulous with her work. I have been to a few places before to have a Hollywood wax done, and I must admit that my experience here is on another level. It was painless, and Raquel made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain. I will definitely comeback here again! Thank you Raquel 😍
