Miroslava is a very knowledgeable professional and friendly massage therapist. She did a Sports Massage and incorporated some cupping for my shoulder, which has made a huge difference to my mobility. I teach fitness so have had a lot of sports massages in the past and this is by far the best. I would 100% recommend Miroslava.

Yet another amazing session with Toni. After having put in some serious miles in walking the Hills of Wales, and then to top off a sudden urge for me to learn to play golf, which impacted my back. Toni has no problem getting deep into those hidden knots. Both friendly and professional. Left me feeling soothed and relaxed. And Toni also provided top tips and guidance so as not to cause further aggravation when training. As usual we had a great chat, talking about all sorts of different things, and her knowledge around the human body is amazing.

I visited Chrysalis Healing yesterday, for an Indian head massage, followed by reiki. I had recently been suffering with terrible back pain and was generally feeling off balanced. I explained this to Sally so she knew what to focus on. During my session, I felt a lot of energy shifting and I left feeling extremely relaxed. Later that evening some things came to light for me mentally and I finally had an emotional release. I have now woken up this morning feeling so much better and no longer in pain. Sally is amazing at what she does. I look forward to my next visit 😊

I am struggling to put into words how amazing my Reiki experience was followed by a head massage. I immediately felt so safe and present with Sally. I had completely switched off from life outside of the cosy room. During my experience emotions surfaced and there was no holding back the tears. It was a huge release that was very needed. My head massage following Reiki was so relaxing and I felt so peaceful. Sally shows so much care and attention I really can’t wait to visit again ❤️

This was my first sports massage. Toni talked me through exactly what she was doing, explaining what treatments would help and made me feel very relaxed. She offered to work along side my physio to help my injury get better quicker which is very reassuring. My legs after running the London marathon are so much better. I’ve already booked my next appointment.
