Sally is absolutely amazing at what she does. I have experienced both reiki and Indian head massage on two occasions now, and each time I leave feeling incredibly relaxed and calm. The aura of her treatment room is so soothing, creating the perfect environment for relaxation. Sally is a gentle soul who instantly puts you at ease. I highly recommend her services!

I visited Chrysalis Healing yesterday, for an Indian head massage, followed by reiki. I had recently been suffering with terrible back pain and was generally feeling off balanced. I explained this to Sally so she knew what to focus on. During my session, I felt a lot of energy shifting and I left feeling extremely relaxed. Later that evening some things came to light for me mentally and I finally had an emotional release. I have now woken up this morning feeling so much better and no longer in pain. Sally is amazing at what she does. I look forward to my next visit 😊

This was my first sports massage. Toni talked me through exactly what she was doing, explaining what treatments would help and made me feel very relaxed. She offered to work along side my physio to help my injury get better quicker which is very reassuring. My legs after running the London marathon are so much better. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

Expert handling of my shoulder nerve pain. Toni explained what she planned to do and why she felt it was best approach asking for my sgreement before proceeding. Toni constantly checked the pain level I was feeling as she gradually manipulated thr muscle to ease the tension and move onto soft tissue massage. Toni also used dry needling on my shoulder and arm followed by more soft tissue massage to encourage the muscles in my shoulder and arm to release tension. Toni has an excellent approach to make you relax. The techniques, equipment used are all checked with you for comfort and pain level.

Lauren is very welcoming and her studio was lovely and cool! She asks you your preferences. and spends a lot of time ensuring you are happy with the shape and length of your nails and she has a multitude of colours to choose from. I am very pleased with my nails and I can recommend a pedicure. The massage and refreshing lotions were very welcome in this heat.

I saw Toni last night (11-6-26) at club woodham. I had a massage on my legs. Toni did a great job as usual. She makes you feel very comfortable everytime and does he job brilliantly. Her advise is very helpful always and I felt better after the session. 5 stars!

I had the most amazing treatments with Lauren. She made me feel completely relaxed from start to finish and created such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Lauren is not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but she’s also genuinely lovely and makes you feel so comfortable and looked after.
