I couldn't recommend Lucy more highly. I've had a lot of massages over the years, and this was genuinely one of the best I've ever experienced. I came with chronic back pain and needed some real relief. Lucy tailored the session entirely to my needs, incorporating a variety of techniques and working in conversation with both me and my body. She did both between gentle and firm pressure, really listening and responding it never felt formulaic. I left feeling amazing, with a significant amount of tension released. Always a joy to visit. Jordan is efficient, knowledgeable and always pleasant, explaining everything that hes doing and allowing the client to relax and enjoy the whole procedure. He's more than happy to discuss any concerns and if necessary find alternative options. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Emma was very welcoming. Can't say I enjoy a bikini wax but Emma is by far the best waxer I've been to. I will be back to try a more relaxing treatment next time. I would highly recommend. I also loved that she uses natural product's.

As usual my appointment with Lisa was awesome. The space is as welcoming as she is the conversation flows and is always interesting. I had a manicure and an eyebrow tint both expertly and professional done. I also treated myself to the ancestor facial, which is absolute bliss, Lisa uses all natural ingredients and pays so much attention to the application and of the products,and the facial massage I was floating away she is so skilled. The end result was amazing my skin felt like silk and looked plumped and full which is no mean feat with my mature skin prone to dryness. An,absolute treat.

Bristol Thai Spa were very friendly and accommodating of my last minute booking. I drifted into sleep on the table and floated on air after a one hour full body massage from Rena. Due to a long-term health condition and menopause, my muscles have been very stiff for a number of years. Rena asked me about areas of vulnerability and regularly checked in about the amount of pressure she was applying without being intrusive to the whole experience. It's been almost a week and I am still more flexible and find it easier to carry out physical tasks than before. Thank you so much, Rena and BTS.
