Had such the best experience. I’ve been struggling to find a reliable enough hairdresser who listens to what I want since moving to Lancaster a couple years ago but I’ve finally found someone to stay with!

I had a body wave perm with Sam and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! I couldn’t find anyone in Newcastle who offered the kind of perm I was looking for, so I travelled to Lancaster to see Sam—and it was 100% worth it. My hair has beautiful, soft waves with so much more volume and movement, and it still feels healthy. I would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone thinking about getting a perm. Thank you so much! ❤️

Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Emma is always brilliant, I come in with some brave haircut asks and she always smashes it and doesn’t flinch when I come in saying things to the ilk of ‘just shave the sides off’ 😁 amazing, lovely hairdresser who listens, plus we always have great chat :)

My experience was great, the hair salon was very clean and tidy, I was offered refreshments which was lovely. My hairdresser was called Sam and she did a wonderful job, I would definitely use this salon again as the price was very good and the staff were very friendly.

Ruby Cross is an absolute delight. She’s friendly, chatty, and instantly makes you feel at ease. She’s incredibly skilled at what she does and gives excellent advice on styles and colours, really taking the time to understand what suits you best. Her attention to detail and professionalism are outstanding. A genuinely fantastic hairdresser — I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend her.
