Ema is lovely therapist. The treatment was great although she said I might experience some discomfort for a couple of days, which I did but it seems a lot better now. Ema sent a link to some exercises but I can't open it either on the phone or the computer. Could it be sent again please. Many thanks. Liz

Sarah was excellent. Welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. She talked me through all elements of the massage and was attentive throughout. She offered advice for ongoing on stretches and exercises to help improve my overall condition outside of massage. I will definitely be returning.

Had a wonderful experience at Hands of Therapy. The treatment room was calm, relaxing, and very welcoming. Sarah was incredible with her hands — I left feeling so much more relaxed, lighter, and less bloated. Such kind and lovely service throughout the whole appointment.
