I have been seeing Ellie as a PT for several years and without a doubt, shes one of the best in the business. She definitely is a perfect example of practise what you preach, with a wealth of knowledge on exercises and ways to improve the body. Now that she offers remedial massage, I have been incorporating this into my fitness and health journey and she is great! One of the very few with the strength to get through some of the tough knots and stiff muscles. I highly recommend!
