He was incredibly easy to talk to, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Excellent customer and personal service. My daughter and I have had all of our hair services done by Javier for 17 years. Cuts, coloring, and I have had Keratin treatments many times of the years. You won’t find any place with such personal service and gratitude. It’s a relaxing atmosphere with friendly customer service based salon you will find in Houston. Big shout out to Christian, Javier, Elizabeth (Liz) and Reyna. They are beautiful and wonderful people who work very hard to make sure you are looking and feeling good during your visit and after.

Fiona is an expert! She is always accommodating and available when I need her. She has 2 convenient locations and they are each very comfortable. She has a gentle touch and I could easily nap, but she has a great personality and I enjoy conversing with her about a variety of different things and the time just flies by! My lashes always look great and when I leave, I feel great. I’m so grateful to have found her after years of going to a “chain lash store” where I always left unsatisfied and unappreciated. Fiona is so good at her eyelash applying skills and technique. I would highly recommend Fiona to anyone interested in having really natural fun eyelashes. They will make a huge difference in your appearance. I will only go to Fiona at Lash Extentions by Fiona. I like the Galleria location, it's closer to me.
