This was my first experience of PMU and so was slightly anxious before my appointment. There was no need...........Vic was excellent and instantly put me at ease, explaining all steps of the way, also agreeing the right shape and colour to match my skin and colouring. Had my brow touch up with Charlotte and had a positive experience as usual. I decided to go for a thicker brow line and I absolutely love the new look!!
