My first time at Cecily Marlow. Warm welcome and lovely facial. Victoria was on time, calm and professional. She applied the perfect pressure throughout the massage and I felt relaxed and pampered at the end.

Arrived at 2.10 for 2.20 appointment. No receptionist, no meet and greet until my therapist collected me at 2.20. I also witnessed a client walk in to make an appointment and leave again because no one available to deal with her. Surprised that Cecily Marlow don’t recognise how important a receptionist is to the business.

Fabulous! Always relaxing having treatments with Kate. She has a lovely warm presence and wonderful treatments. I’m moving away from Marlow soon but will be coming back for my Queen Bee appointments! Once you’ve found a gem you don’t want to let it go!

I always felt anxious going to hair salons but Sophie is so lovely and welcoming she took that fear away. I had also been to multiple hair dressers prior to Sophie who just couldn't get the results I wanted. I always get plenty of compliments for my hair especially my mum and boyfriend who say.its the best it's ever been. Consider me a loyal customer who will return time and time again :)
