Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). I was very impressed with Patience the technician..service... Just shocked at the price of my nails 💅..all I did was a standard mani with gel polish instead of a French manicure.that I booked ..and 6 of my OWN NAIL STICKERS TO PUT ON MY NAILS ..ND I WAS CHARGED EXTRA FOR THAT 😞 . OTHERWISE my sister was impress wth her service as well

I’m always happy with my nails at Rose Blvd Beauty Bar. The staff are always so kind, welcoming and professional. My nails have been healthy for over 2 years thanks to their team taking such good care. They are my first choice for a nail salon in Cape Town and always help squeeze me in between work with my limited availability. Not to mention how affordable they are too.

This was my first at the Riverlands branch and I was really hoping that my experience would be different this time as I wasn't happy at the Rondebosch branch. Fortunate exceeded all my expectations. She's so sweet and has a gentle nature about her. She was extremely gentle with my hands. She takes her time yet she was thorough and efficient! I absolutely adore my nails and will definitely be back 🙂 Thank you Fortunate, you're a gem 🫶🏼

Semsa from Rondebosch branch took care of me at Claremont branch to help out and what a lovely Queen mani treatment it was! She gave special attention to my cuticle problems. I am also delighted to hear that BOA management is helping their nail techs by hosting them, providing food and transport during the taxi strike. This is commendable! I came for a pedicure at Boa Rondebosch many months ago while your branch in Claremont was being upgraded. Had a good experience at Boa Claremont this morning. Painting was neatly done.😀

Privilege did my tips with acrylic and gel overlay. It looked EXACTLY like the inspo picture I showed her, if not even better. Would definitely recommend her

The experience at Rondebosch was great as usual. Anesu always does my nails but as she was not available today, Thandokazi did my pampers. She was absolutely 💯 amazing. Megan are Tara are awesome and very professional always. I would like to give some feedback with regards to product availability. As French is very popular, one cannot simply have four ladies using the same bottle of product as there was only one bottle. It is unprofessional to disturb one another and they have to place some product in foil. It's not very professional for clients. I stopped going to Cavendish.

My nails are great, the nail artist did a great job. My only critique is the music. It’s a terrible play list (of course tastes differ) and it would be very welcome to come into an establishment that plays South African music. Not only to support local artists but also to create a more South African welcoming atmosphere. I came with friends visiting from Germany and they say they love Cape Town but would like more local music to be played. My take is with so many young/hip people working in the space it would make sense for them to create a playlist that is hipper and more relaxing for all.
