I cannot recommend Heather highly enough! I came to her after bad high-street experiences, specifically looking for an IBX treatment. She is a true expert who applies actual science to nail care. She didn't push gels on me; instead, she did a proper assessment and was incredibly gentle with my sensitive cuticles. Heather is professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful person to talk to. I’ve been going to Heather since September last year and honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now. She’s not only an incredibly talented nail tech who always brings my nail ideas to life perfectly, but she’s also such a lovely person to chat to. Every appointment feels comfortable and relaxed. I really love that it’s just her in her room because it creates such a calm, welcoming atmosphere where you can properly switch off and speak freely. Absolutely amazing person and amazing at what she does — I genuinely couldn’t recommend her enough!
