So happy I found a new nail tech! The space was clean and welcoming, the appointment was efficient, and the attention to detail was amazing. The biggest thing for me is nail shape, and my nails turned out absolutely perfect. It’s hard to find someone who consistently gets the shape just right, but these exceeded my expectations. I left so happy with the results and will definitely be back!

My experience was amazing at Gel Nails. I had a great pedicure with a wonderful massage. I had bio gel on my nails with Jenny who is very maticulous. My nails look great! It’s such a friendly and clean atmosphere. Looking forward to going back!

Love coming here! I bring my 18month old with me she stays seated for most of the appointment but when she starts bored and getting up to go check things out everyone is so helpful keeping her busy which I truly appreciate and every time I always leave with exactly what I asked for they are all very talented and amazing at what they do!

I was impressed by the friendly service and quiet atmosphere. I enjoyed a manicure and pedicure with art in my toes. Very cute artwork that makes me smile although I wish it was springtime so I could wear sandals and enjoy the artwork more.

Perfect. Today went into prep for vacation. Jennie had great ideas again for colours. Had a mani, pedicure and brow wax. While I was there, 2 other customers came in. Mentioned how far the salon was from their house, but when they find an amazing place, they will drive to it. That made me smile and proved that this salon really knows what they are doing. Another of my friends are going for the first time tomorrow and I know the experience will be fantastic as well. See you in 3 weeks.

This is my favourite nail salon in Orillia! Jenny and Ben (the owners) are friendly, generous, and absolutely fantastic at designing nails! The other staff is great too.

First time at Gel nails and it was great I bought my Granddaughter and she just loved it everyone was so nice , the staff took their time and were not rough like other nail salons I have been to in the past in Orillia the salon was clean I will definitely be making this my new nail salon

I am so pleased with the quality of service I receive at Gel Nails. I never stuck with Biogels because they always lifted or the nail polish wasn't great and I left unsatisfied from any other nail spa. I always regretted my decision of getting a set of nails done. I have never regretted treatment from Jenny. She is a perfectionist and sincerely cares about each client. I highly recommend. This spa is clean and professional and everyone is very pleasant.
