This was my first appointment and I’ll definitely be returning to continue my BIAB journey! Natalie was so lovely and patient with my nails, especially since I’m a bit of a skin-picker. Amanda was very welcoming and friendly. My resl nails are very short ( im a biter ) and she did an amazing job with gel extensions and beautiful nail colour. Her work area was very clean and welcoming I will definitely return and I highly recommend her.

Had my first visit to Izzy for gel extensions today. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The attention to detail and precision was incredible. I had such a great experience with Lucy! She really listened to what I wanted. Lucy was super attentive, offering some great advice along the way to make sure I was happy with everything. The vibe at the salon was lovely —professional but also super friendly and chill. I left feeling relaxed and loving my nails.

I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. I'm delighted to see how well she and her team have settled into their new premises, which perfectly reflect their ethos and quality of treatments. I wish you all a long, happy and fruitful future.
