I had my toe nails done with builder gel for my upcoming Holiday. Tauren was really friendly and put me at ease, she was very knowledgeable and took her time to get my nails just right. I had 2 broken nails which she managed to fill for me. I will definitely be returning to have them done again thank you I Love them.

The Venue Westbourne is my go to salon for my manicures. Not only is the location and environment beautiful, but the customer service is really good! Isha was amazing! She always made sure I was comfortable, and checked in with me to make sure I was happy with how my nails were looking - I've already booked for my follow-up appointment and counting down the sleeps! Rihannon had previously carried out a relaxing pedicure for me, using gel nail polish, so for this session she kindly removed said polish, which was actually a relaxing procedure in itself, and she does what she can to put you at ease. Rihannon also did me a classic manicure, filing my nails into a pleasant square shape and tidying my cuticles, which she then used almond oil on, after using a clear nail strengthener on my nails. I am totally pleased with today's experience. One very happy customer 😀!

I was very apprehensive about having gel reapplied to my nails, as previous gel manicures had left my nails in a terrible condition, very dry, very brittle and basically a mess. It took nearly two years of no polish at all to get them back to a good condition but I need not have worried as Rhiannon definitely knows her trade. Today she very gently removed gel she had put on five weeks ago (no foil was used) and I was really pleased with the state of my nail bed. So, if you share my experience of previous manicures I highly recommend Rhiannon to do your next one, she will not disappoint!!
