I've been going to Vicky for years now for eyebrow waxes and nails. She's amazing, always smiling and cheery and chatty, always makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease and always does a fantastic job! Im so indecisive and she's always really patient and helpful and knowledgeable when I'm trying to decide on colours etc for nails. Would highly recommend Vicky.

Emma was lovely, and very gentle doing my nails. Although she’s an apprentice she did fab with cleaning them and was very meticulous with putting on the gel. I love my nails and it was a nice experience in the salon, her colleague Stacy and other clients were very friendly too!

I had my first appointment with Hannah 15 days ago, I asked her for secret nurse nails so no one could tell I had gels on and she DELIVERED! She is an absolute dream and brilliant crack. In the past my nails have not lasted at all but we are clocking in at day 15 with the TINIEST bit of lifting. I haven't had BIAB stay on this long since I went to a very very expensive salon in Glasgow. I can honestly say the quality of Hannah's application is a 10/10 and I literally CANNOT wait to get them done again next week.

Sarah was recommended to me by my dear friend Cat whose advice I trust implicitly. I have been looking for a wonderful nail technician for years since moving to Edinburgh. I absolutely loved my entire experience with Sarah. Sarah is a gorgeous and talented human being who pours an immense amount of dedication and precision to her craft. It was a joy to sit with her as we chatted through our individual passions and she explained the entire process as I had never had a gel manicure before. Sarah was an utterly joy and I LOVE my manicure! I will absolutely be back in three weeks.

I only get my nails done occasionally. Team Buff are excellent; scrupulously hygienic, friendly chat, and take just as much care removing gel polish as they do applying it. Highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding experience again today at The Gelly Bar! Worth travelling over an hour to come here for our wedding nails. Both Leila & Cristina’s talent is out of this world. Their ideas, knowledge and precision is second to none. They take the time to make sure everything is perfect before you leave. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks again girls x

Buff is by far the best nail salon in Edinburgh. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! I most regularly go to Ana and Holly, who are amazing, but chop and change appointments a lot and have never been disappointed with my nails, whoever does them. I strongly recommend Buff!

I come to CBD several times a month bc the experience is one of the best times. I used to loathe going to salons but I revel coming here and want to stay all day it’s such a treat and I have stopped asking for things on my nails. I just let Zara do her thing and it’s always magic. I also got a new tooth gem this time too…let’s just do it all bc I love it here

Vanessa did a great job with my nails. This was a removal (my gel nails had lasted a month, very impressed.). Would recommend Vanessa and will be back in the future!

Unfortunately I have had an unusual reaction to the Builder Gel so Sarah advised me to have either nothing or normal nail polish instead. She only charged me the cost of the gel removal.

Emma did a fabulous job removing the Biab from my nails and thereafter shaping to my desired lengh. I did not wish to re-apply anything on my nails & just for some extra protection Emma applied a clear rubber gel. Super happy with the service I received today.
