I always love my appointments at Polished. Everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere so welcoming and warm, and all the ladies who work there go the extra mile. I had such a lovely treatment with Freya! I never get my nails done but looked at some photos beforehand of what I might like, Freya copied perfectly what I wanted. She was really easy to chat too and equally sit in silence with, I thoroughly enjoyed my session and will be back! I also loved being there on my own i.e. having an appointment to myself. 10/10 recommend and will be back :) x
