Super professional & courtesy wonderful personality Management complaint poor rating Please fix the hot water & steam room the Spa experience was negatively impacted by having to take a freezing cold shower this was a major issue

Always have a great experience @waxology.bds. Usually get the basic hair removal service, however, this time I added a vajacial to the package and it was spectacular. Very relaxing and had the kitty extra smooth.

Super relaxing facial, left feeling fresh and skin was bright. Great service, clean environment, and lovely beautician. Will be back soon!

Excellent service, especially as it was my first time, I felt very comfortable and my girl Zawadi was brilliant.

Khadijah delivers! Whether I show her a picture or I ask her to surprise me, I leave her chair with confidence. Not only is she professional, she takes the time to make sure you are comfortable. I must also mention that my gel polish never chips. I highly recommend her!
