Charlotte is my go to person for all things nails and skincare! I love the relaxed, cosy atmosphere in the retreat. The facials are blissful and my nails always look incredible! Charlotte always keeps on top of the latest treatments and is super knowledgable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely gorgeous Crystal Clear microdermabrasion deluxe facial with Holly! Walked into the salon with dull, tired skin with angry spot areas and walked out with the cleanest, softest, brightest skin and loads less angry spot areas. Plus the neck and shoulder massage was so so relaxing. A definitely must have treatment. Thank you so much Holly ❤️

I had my first facial and it was amazing! I shared some sensitive health info, and she took the time to research and recommended a safer alternative to microneedling. I ended up getting a biochemical peel, plus a full facial with steam, LED, and the most relaxing neck, shoulder, and scalp massage. She was kind, professional, and made me feel totally cared for. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a thoughtful, inclusive, and relaxing experience!

This was a much needed appointment as I have been struggling with my health recently. It was my first visit and what a lovely welcome and such a relaxing treatment space. The treatment itself was bliss, and I relaxed for the first time in so long. I had reiki and a crystal facial, but Kat also included some sound which gave an additional boost to how I was feeling. I shall definitely be back for more.

As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a six-week hydro facial course at The Beauty Retreat but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! I went today for a 30-minute relaxing facial, and it was such a lovely experience. Kiran was absolutely amazing — so gentle and professional. I really liked it very much. The ambiance was calming, and my skin feels so refreshed and glowing now. Definitely looking forward to coming back again!
