I can honestly say I had the best facial I've ever had! Whilst Botanicals Bakewell is not a spa, I felt and was treated like I had entered one. The receptionist gave me a warm welcome and a drink, it felt very relaxed and just has a lovely feeling to it. I booked the Timeless Rose Age Confidence Facial with Libby who made me feel at ease, we spoke to discuss the treatment but then during the facial Libby let me melt away and just enjoy the experience. As part of the facial I was also treated to an arm and hand massage. I will be back for sure and highly recommend.

Gorgeous massage this morning, lovely therapist, and a beautiful room! All the team at Botanicals are so wonderful. They really make you feel welcome, cared for and relaxed, and if I lived locally I would definitely take advantage of the fantastic monthly deal they offer. A real gem of a place with really lovely people. I’m a therapist myself, so I know how therapy work should be delivered, but I also know how hard it is to find a place and folk as special as this. Loved it so much that I have booked myself a facial treatment for tomorrow morning now too! Can’t wait! x

My first visit to Botanicals….what a treat it was! Very tranquil setting and lovely treatment room , fitted out beautifully. My facial was wonderful… I left with my skin glowing and bright. Not just a facial, the whole treatment was very worth while, I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Can’t wait to return. Thank you to Libby my therapist.

I’ve been to the spa before and have always had a relaxing experience where I feel I am being taken care of and this was no exception! Sarah was so warm and lovely, I’ve never had a holistic facial before but that felt amazing, and I left leaving good on the outside and inside which was a much needed treat! I had an Age Confidence facial with Belinda today and the whole experience was superb from start to finish. Belinda was welcoming, caring, professional and expert tailoring her approach to my needs and preferences throughout. I’ve not used Botanicals products before and was impressed - my skin felt fantastic afterwards plus they meet all the ethical standards I’m looking for. My sister and I visited from Cheshire as a birthday treat - will definitely be back, thank you so much Belinda and Botanicals Bakewell!

I had a facial and back massage with Libby. The whole treatment from the foot soak through to the final spritz was wonderful. Here on holiday in Bakewell so was a lovely treat at the end of the week.

The procedures were fully explained before beginning and all of the organic skincare products used were perfect for my sensitive skin. I will definitely book further sessions.
