Charolette did an amazing transformation on my 10 year old hair. We have had trouble with her hair being dry and frizzy for a long time. Charolette took thw time to speak to myself and include my daughters opinion. Her hair looks amazing and healthy now.

I booked for a 1hr back neck and shoulder massage with Lauren and it was amazing I’ve never felt so relaxed. One thing I struggle with is finding a place to go that makes me feel comfortable and serenity definitely did that I will be back 1000%

Gemma was amazing with my little girl. She was so gentle and gave me lots of advice on products and how to look after my daughters frizzy hair.
