This was my first visit to Beauty by Jen, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From the moment I arrived, Jen made me feel so welcome and at ease. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and took her time to make sure everything was just right from adding the right temp into the foot spa to lowering the bed. You can really tell she cares about her work and her clients. The atmosphere was lovely, relaxed, and professional — perfect for some well-deserved pampering. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!

My first taster appointment was fantastic. Lydia was incredibly warm and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and completely put my mind at ease about my previous gel nail allergies. The two test nails look flawless, and the attention to detail during the nail prep was exceptional. Thank you Lydia!

There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Nicola is. Her space and her aura are so welcoming and inclusive. I got a head massage from Nicola at the tattoo convention last year and after suffering from migraines and being on a lot a lot of medication for them. I had that massage and I swear never had a migraine since. We’re coming up to a year mark and I decided to get a head massage again and it such a good decision. Trust me when I say you need to come to Nicola for a massage! You won’t regret it. She truly is the sanctuary in the city. Thank you! 💗
