Had a treatment that I’d not had before which was nice. The atmosphere in the room is calming and I was nice and relaxed. Love Lou’s personality. Highly recommend lou and her treatments she has to offer.

First time having ombré brows and it was pleasantly unpainful! Jess was fab and took great care to make sure the shape was spot on, and very generous with the numbing cream! End result is AMAZING, they look great and I can’t wait for them to heal fully.
