My mum had her 1st lash lift at 77 and brows tinted and waxed as a wee treat as had been fed. The smile on her face when she looked in the mirror honestly made my heart melt. Lash lift and eyebrow wax and tint this week and the result is better than I ever expected- I have very short lashes and Keira worked her magic! I’ve been going to Kiera for a Hollywood wax for about a year now and she always helps me to relax and make the experience as painless as possible with her good banter! Had my first hot stone massage this time and it was awesome I’ve already booked my next one!

I previously sent pictures of what I wanted as requested and meeting Joanna I found her really pleasant and easy to communicate with. The consultation was to discuss exactly what was required and 'try on' the look. I booked an appointment for treatment and another for a touch up and left a deposit.The treatment room is a lovely place too. I wanted a very subtle upper eyeliner, close to the lashes. After initially numbing the area I was pleasantly surprised by how unpainful it was: a bit like putting mascara on with a spiky mascara brush. After about 90 minutes I was very happy with the result

Wonderful experience as always, with Lauren. After a busy weekend, it was bliss to spend a Sunday being pampered and Lauren always goes out of her way to ensure you’re totally relaxed and rejuvenated. My last pregnancy massage combined with the skin clinic facial which I absolutely adore. A delightful combo and one I’ll miss for sure. Can’t wait to book back in, in a few months time (I’m sure it will be needed!) thank you, Lauren. You’re brilliant.
