All of her notes are thorough and she gives more in depth details on various topics. I particularly appreciated the attention and time devoted to the subject of cleanliness and client wellness. Everything was explained to us about the process and what we could expect, as well as aftercare do’s and don’t’s. All queries were answered and we were placed at ease.
