Charlotte did an amazing job, she listened to what I wanted and did exactly how I had expected it, I didn't want to look like I had very dark brows with mature skin I feel it ages me, she did a light brown to compliment my complexion. I have been coming to BWC for a few years now and honestly the place just keeps getting better! My remedial massage with Beth today was outstanding. I would strongly recommend Beth to anyone who is looking for a remedial massage. I literally felt my neck and shoulders melting away all of the tension I have been experiencing. As someone with chronic pain post a vehicle accident it's very rare for me to feel such a release. 110% recommend!!!

Very honest , rather than take my $ let me know it was to soon for lash lift after surgery . As lashes damaged . Got lash tint and brow , no over spill into eye , no irritation. Have rebooked and will continue to use .
