From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and fully informed about every step. My brows look absolutely stunning natural, beautifully shaped, and exactly what I wanted. It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I had the most amazing Japanese head spa by the very lovely Merita. It was super relaxing and Merita worked her magic and gave me a lovely shoulder and neck massage too. Just what I needed. I would highly recommend going to Glam Haus Clinic for this and any other treatments, the customer service is always excellent, the staff are so welcoming and the atmosphere is great. 😊

Sue is really friendly and efficient. She makes the time pass really quick and I never feel any pain when having a wax treatment. Overall it’s a very positive experience ☺️
